Overview
One of the objectives of the Construction Association of Bermuda, is to promote and encourage the advancement of all skill levels in
the Bermuda construction industry. Means to achieving this range from apprenticeship and training programs, to the encouragement
and support of industry related academic ventures.
CAOB is the accredited sponsor for the National Center for Construction Education and Research, and partner in the Craft and
Apprenticeship Training scheme alongside the National Training Board. As such, the CAOB offers a variety of skill developing
programs to eligible trades, in a myriad of formats.
CAOB's commitment to developing Bermuda's industry is not restricted to trade apprenticeship and job training programs.
The CAOB offers an annual $15,000 scholarship to qualified candidates wishing to pursue studies in an industry related discipline.
Courses of study range from construction management to engineering.
